In Euthopia, anyone interested in living within this new society has the opportunity to undergo a 6-month trial period, supported by a facilitator. During this time, the resonance between potential residents and the rest of the community is evaluated. This is not a judgment, but a conscious choice aimed at creating a community based on a certain level of affinity and harmony.

Everyone is welcome in Euthopia, and there are no rigid economic rules. However, the society functions like an ant colony, where each individual contributes through their work, as all income generated by the community is equitably redistributed among its members.

In this new society, it is recognized that all work should be driven by love and passion. No one is required to do work they don’t enjoy. Task assignments are determined through a soul-based connection process, helping each person discover and express their unique talents and potential.

Every seven years, our bodies completely regenerate—meaning every individual undergoes multiple transformations throughout life. Therefore, it is essential that everyone has the freedom to follow their personal path of transformation, including in their professional life. In Euthopia, this process is embraced, allowing people to return to study and reinvent themselves whenever their current work no longer resonates with their inner essence.

The old society was based on survival and failed to recognize the importance of individual purpose and self-alignment. In Euthopia, the focus is on the evolution of the human species and the creation of a new world, where survival is no longer central—abundance and beauty are. Each resident is free to continue their work or activity outside of Euthopia and to earn personal income if they wish.

The decision-making process within the society follows a model inspired by sociocracy. There will be main figures responsible for each sector, while other members will work collaboratively and rotate into leadership roles. Decisions will be made based on the specific expertise of each area.

The founders of Euthopia will always have the final say on matters regarding economic and administrative expansion, with the primary goal of building a better and more sustainable world for all its inhabitants.
