Euthopic NFTs

The entire physical city of Euthopia will be supported by NFTs. Tokenization will be applied to real estate, plants, animals, and objects.

Each NFT will grant benefits depending on its type, for example:

• Staking NFTs: will generate passive earnings in ETP.

• Building NFTs: will allow the holder to earn returns based on the productivity of the property.

• Utility NFTs: linked to goods or services, offering exclusive access or benefits. Example: if you own the NFT of a goat that produces milk worth €2, the NFT holder will receive an equivalent return in ETP.

This system allows users to become true supporters of the project and actively participate in the growth and development of Euthopia.
