Architecture

Our ultimate goal is to achieve a lifestyle where every activity, product, building, and means of transport is in total harmony with nature—non-polluting at every level. This is a challenge: the challenge of creating new technologies that support our Earth.

The new society will be composed of fully eco-friendly housing, distributed as follows:

  • Common house with small apartments and rooms (primarily for singles or retirees), and rooms to rent for WOOFers, volunteers, B&B guests, etc.

  • Building complex for schools (elementary/middle/high school) and dining services (lunch and dinner) for both residents and visitors.

  • Various workshops spread across the land, where both traditional and innovative crafts are practiced.

  • Eco-camping area with non-kitchen housing solutions to host visitors wanting to experience sustainable living: yurts, teepees, bungalows, gypsy wagons, straw bale houses (also space for private solutions like campers).

  • Administration and tech-sustainability building to manage governance and technological infrastructure.

  • “Emotional” building designed to explore and work on different emotional states.

  • Crop cultivation following permaculture principles, and self-production of what the land naturally provides (vegetables, medicinal herbs, orchards, etc.).

  • Animals will be kept with the utmost respect and in the most natural way possible, allowing them to roam freely.

  • Private and rental homes for community residents: yurts, bungalows, gypsy wagons, wooden houses, straw and clay houses.

  • Playground and small animal area, with the possibility for children to celebrate birthdays.

  • Grocery and craft shop (also available online).
